Recently, a post on X brought to light some concerns about the treatment of employees at Walmart.

The post expressed disappointment, questioning whether the company genuinely cares for and respects its employees. It is crucial to acknowledge these concerns and take them seriously.

In response to this feedback, we promptly replied on X, stating our commitment to thoroughly investigate the situation to understand what is happening. We believe that transparency and open communication are vital in addressing such issues. Our goal is to ensure that all employees feel safe, valued, and respected in their workplace.

To further this commitment, we have launched a new forum using Discourse, a platform designed to facilitate meaningful conversations. This forum will serve as a space where employees can openly share their experiences, discuss concerns, and provide feedback. We believe that by fostering an environment of open dialogue, we can better understand the challenges the employees
